This is a beautiful and unusually coloured natural sapphire from Sri Lanka. Changing from a subtle blue/grey in some lights to a violet/purple in others, this stone is always perfectly sparkly. Clear with a few very small natural inclusions. This stone is ethically mined and cut in Sri Lanka. It is totally natural and not heat treated. Sapphires are a very hard precious stone, which will not scratch, and will stand the test of time, always keeping their beautiful sparkle and colour.

This ring is a one-off piece, individually hand-made to fit this particular stone. The stone is set in 22ct gold, which is hand-carved around the setting. The band is very solid silver (98% pure) with an inset of 22ct gold on each side, which is hand-carved.
This is a very comfortable ring to wear, hard-wearing and fine to enjoy in the water and in everyday life!
